This is the diet that got me to No Evidence of Disease Activity (NEDA)

Most people with multiple sclerosis try an MS diet. This is smart because food massively influences our lived experience with the disease.

The problem is effective MS diets are restrictive and complicated.

Those effective MS diets include the ‘Overcoming MS diet’,’ the paleo ‘Wahls Protocol’, the McDougall Diet, and Professor Roy Swank’s (the pioneer) MS diet. It also includes the new ‘Best Bet Diet’ which has no cheat days. Zero.

All of these diets have a lot of wisdom behind them. They all work. But they’re hard to stick to. So I’ve found an easier way that works.

I’ve had MS since 1998. I’ll show you what I did to reach NEDA.

If you’re taking an MS drug that works, keep taking it,
but let food be your medicine as well.

No drug can do what food can.

I call it the Food Medicine Diet for MS

The Food Medicine Diet for MS

I’ve boiled it down into 5 simple rules.

I’ll show you:

  • the one thing all effective MS diets have in common
  • how to stop tricking your immune system into attacking your myelin
  • how to massively reduce inflammation in your body so you can put out the fire
  • how to accelerate your body’s remyelination with powerful foods so you start reversing some of the damage

There’s a short video between 7 minutes and 14 minutes for each rule.

Each rule is followed by a ‘how to start’ quick tips to help you implement the diet in your daily life.

There’s no calorie counting or fat tracking. It’s simple and sustainable.

You can watch all the videos in under 90 minutes.

I spent a year studying the research to understand why I feel so well.

Science backed me up. Best of all, it was easy.

Imagine getting your health back

Imagine doing things you haven’t been able to do for years.

Imagine running through the sunshine in the morning and feeling great.

Imagine playing with your kids at the park for hours on end with no flagging energy.

Imagine holding down a demanding, high-thinking job, and loving it.

It’s possible! I know because I have done it. This is exactly what I did and still do.

I’ve made it as easy as I can for other people with MS, so you can do it too.

How do I Start the Food Medicine Diet?

There are no quizzes or tests.

People have told me it is not priced correctly. It should be priced at $150. I want to make this available to as many people with MS as possible.
